Oh yea...I'm going to School there too

I just realized with all the excitement over my apartment I have not even talked about the school that I will be attending. I will be attending the International School of Management-- working for a Masters in Business Administration (with a focus in Marketing). The program is a one year intensive course with a Thesis included (I thought I already did one of those!?). The actual school is right in Paris next to Invalids in 7th district. There is also a New York, Shanghai and Tokyo campus. I will have a seminar at the New York campus hosted by St Johns Academy in the summer, and have the option of continuing my studies at any of the other campuses after my MBA. This Picture is the outside of one of the few buildings around Paris's 7th district where I will have classes. If you want to take a look at the schools website here it is: http://www.ism.edu

My New Apartment

Hello All! I am happy to report that I have picked my apartment and am half way through the renting process :-) It is located between the third and fourth districts right outside the Latin Quarter. It's called the Latin Quarter because historically there have been a lot of students there-- who used to speak Latin to show off their intelligence. It is on the third floor (no elevator-- which there never are) and is about 350 square feet. In Paris-- this is a BIG apartment in America-- this is a large bathroom. It has hard wood floors, a Murphy bed and sofa (that's a big plus!) with a separate kitchen and bathroom. I was really happy with this choice, its nice and spacey and does not have the stove next to my bed :-). It is about three miles to my school, so i will need to take the metro but it will help me to get a better understanding of different neighborhoods. Click here to see picture. Come visit! there is a sofa bed!
The green line is my street and arrow is about where the apartment is.
